Film directed by Nathan Christ, a Reversal Films Production. Filmmakers in attendance!

A lyrical documentary, Echotone (2010, 90 minutes) examines questions of artistic integrity, commercialism, experimentation and urban development, this cultural portrait of the modern American city is examined through the lyrics and lens of several young musicians in Austin, Texas’ creative class. Featuring Bill Baird (Sunset, Sound Team), Black Joe Lewis and the Honey Bears, Ghostland Observatory, Belaire, The Black Angels, Dana Falconberry, among others.

 

This screening follows the experimental rock/art folk of Bill Baird at Ogden After Hours (6 p.m.- 8 p.m.)
